Join the U.S. Chamber's Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness (CCMC) on Tuesday, September 19 for a breakfast event that will discuss developments and issues that arose during the 2017 proxy season and what could be in store for the next proxy season and beyond.
The event will focus on a number of proxy issues, including challenges with special interest activists and shareholder proposals, the continued influence of proxy advisory firms, as well as the need for modernization of the U.S. proxy system to increase investor participation.
