Description: CCMC appreciates the Council’s decision to seek additional information on the asset management industry before taking any further action. We recognize the Council has a very hard mission to perform. If the Council does not use the right tools in the appropriate manner, it can itself cause great damage to the economy and itself cause systemic harm. Calibrated responses and tools can achieve a balance of managing risk and allowing the economy to achieve its growth potential.
