Description: The chamber supports the following bills that were marked up by the House Financial Services Committee, H.R. 2287, the "NCUA Budget Transparency Act," H.R. 3784, the "SEC Small Business Advocate Act of 2015," and H.R. 4168, the "Small Business Capital Formation Enhancement Act." Passage of these bills would help to provide the regulatory oversight and initiative needed to protect investors, while providing businesses with the resources needed to grow and create jobs.
