Please join the U.S. Chamber's Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness on Thursday, March 1, for an event examining how to enhance small business lending.
The event will discuss the financial services needs and challenges of Main Street companies, and how small business access to capital and credit is essential to strong economic growth. In addition, we will hear from Small Business Administrator Linda McMahon, where she will discuss how post-crisis prudential regulations have impacted small business lending and what we can do to reverse the trend. CCMC will also release a study that looks at steps to correct existing regulations that constrain banks from lending to the business community.
Registration and a networking breakfast begin at 8:30 a.m., followed by the program from *9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. *times subject to change
