CCMC requests an extension of the 45-day comment period on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) proposed rule regarding disclosures about repurchases of an issuer’s equity securities that are registered under Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, to allow stakeholders to fully digest the Proposed Rule and formulate feedback.
