Details: The Coalition for Derivatives End-Users submitted a letter outlining proposals that would prevent end-users from baring high costs on risk-management activities. The recommendations include:

  • Credit valuation adjustment (CVA) relief
  • Removing unfairness in the scope of the end-user relief
  • Amending relief from mandatory clearing for CTUs of non-financial companies
  • Re-characterization of foreign exchange non-deliverable forward transactions
  • Inter-affiliate transaction relief
