Description: The Chamber submitted a letter to the European Commission (EC) commenting on the Consultation Document, Crowdfunding in the EU- Exploring the Added Value of Potential EU Action. We are supportive of the EC’s efforts to embrace similar measures to the JOBS Act to authorize crowdfunding. We believe that EC authorization of crowdfunding will help institute consistency between the European Union and American capital markets, while making global financial markets more robust and efficient.
