Issue: Financial Regulatory Responsibility Act
To: The Honorable Richard C. Shelby
Filing Type: Congressional
Description: The Financial Regulatory Responsibility Act of 2013 would require enhanced cost-benefit analysis by all financial regulators. It would also make such analysis a more integral part of rule making, provide more transparency in the process, and create retrospective “look backs” that would allow regulators to evaluate rules after they have been implemented.
