The Chamber joined with 10 organizations in a joint letter to the Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) requesting an extension of the temporary enforcement policy under Field Assistance Bulletin (FAB) 2018-02, which is presently scheduled to expire on December 20, 2021.
