The Coalition for Derivatives End-Users (Coalition) represents hundreds of end-user companies that employ derivatives to manage risk. Throughout the legislative and regulatory processessurrounding the Dodd-Frank Act Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (DoddFrank), the Coalition has advocated for strong regulation that brings transparency to the derivatives markets through thoughtful new regulatory standards that enhance financial stability while avoiding needless costs.
