Description: The Chamber supports several bills being marked up by the House Financial Services Committee relating to FSOC and the SIFI designation process. The passage of these bills would provide process improvements to the operation of FSOC and the designation proceess, increase transparancy and accountability, and increase capital formation by allowing better use of BDCs with the correct oversight.
