Description: The Chamber is concerned that the Proposing Release overshoots the goal of periodically reviewing and updating regulations in many key areas. While we do not object to the modernization of the reporting regime for mining companies, we believe a more measured approach than the one envisioned in the Proposing Release would result in better, more usable disclosure for investors.
