was sent to the Members of the Senate Committees on Foreign Relations and on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, and the House Committees on Foreign Affairs and on Financial Services, urging protection from lawsuits for U.S. companies who have complied in good faith with sanctions on Russia.
